HOSPICE
Hospice is not a place. It is a medical and philosophical approach
to care. At the Wilmot Care Center we collaborate with local,
licensed hospice agencies to provide medical, emotional, practical
and spiritual support to our residents with terminal illnesses and
their families.
RESPITE CARE
WCC's Respite Care is intended to provide relief to caregivers
and quality substitute care for seniors. Our Respite Care provides
temporary residential and nursing care to seniors for as long
as 14 days.
ADULT DAY CARE
Our Adult Daycare Service is great for seniors who are able to live
at home but need assistance with daily living. Adult Daycare Service
allows caregivers to maintain a schedule, such as running errands
or going to work, while knowing that their loved one is in a safe
engaging environment.
ASSISTED LIVING
Wilmot Care Center's Assisted Living is ideal for individuals who are
able to live independently but may need help with certain needs.
From simple housekeeping and nutritious meals to hygiene and
healthcare, we strive to enable our residents to lead their own lives
in a way that keeps them happy, healthy and cared for.
We provide 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and efficiency apartments in our
assisted living wing.
SHORT TERM CARE
Our short term rehabilitation services help individuals regain
strength and ability. In order to return home after a hospital stay
or inquiry.
LONG TERM CARE
Our compassionate care team provides assistance with activities
of daily living, such as dressing, grooming and bathing, so
residents can look and feel their best. Our staff is available 24
hours a day, offering support and care as needed.
We provide private and semi private rooms.
COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS
Our residents' lives are enriched by a variety of daily activities that
are supported by community volunteers.
Our activities range from active games to socializing and musical
entertainment which not only stimulate physical activity, but also
provides a feeling of fellowship.
